im frustraded at the moment since ebay is been under maintainance it has created a problem for me not only did i miss my bidding but im still not able to open my account yet when would i be able to find out about my money and my refund im very unsatisfied with this situation i dont see why i have to be in a bind because of your problem i understand you going under maintainance NOW YOU EBAY HAVE TO UNDERSTAND MY CITUATION THANKS TO YOU GUYS AND THE PROBLEM THAT IT HAS CREATED FOR MY FAMILY NOT NEED IT , I SPECT A PROMP ANSWER WITH A FINAL DECISION ON WHEN IS GOING TO BE READY I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY MORE EXCUSES IF YOUR SITE CANT BE FIXED BY 12MIDNIGNT CALIFORNIA TIME 11\17\2013 I MUST HAVE THE MONEY ON MY ACCOUNT CAUSE UNFORTUNALLY MY BILLS DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR PROBLEM ,,
