Cannot log in to pay my bill as always

I have been tryin since the 22nD. I went on CHAT with rep, he told me I need to have internet service with comcast using xxxx@comcast.net to sign in as user name, what BS, they want me get the service from them when I have been paying my bill on line in the last couple years and log in OK.
The log in screen just keep looping back to sing in page.
