Not only is AT&T based personal email down, but they've taken down all professional email associated with AT&T/YAHOO small business sites. These aren't free accounts ... Paying monthly for the DSL and the Webhosting. Attempted to access online help - absolutely no assistance. It actually said there was no account associated with my login and that they only provide support to account holders. Hmmm, wonder if they'll relocate my accounts in time for BILLING? Called every technical support number associated with webhosting that I've used over the last 10 years and received curt recorded message stating the number was no longer in service. Three different numbers - same message. Nice. Called a generic YAHOO customer service number. First call I held for approximately 45 minutes and was then transferred to a recording that told me to resolve my problem online. Waited a bit and called back. After holding approximately 30 minutes I was unceremoniously disconnected. Not lovin' that dial tone in my ear after multiple attempts at getting help. Small business management portal is down ... Or at least it is for me. I attempted to set up a "vacation response" so at least my clients would know that I'm not receiving their emails, but it did not send the response when I tested it from an apple email account. Also nice. AT&T, if you're reading this, you all need to COMMUNICATE with your customers. You've got our phone numbers ... you're the PHONE COMPANY!
