NO ACCESS TO INBOX EMAILS

Since upgrade, no access to new emails for TWO days. Connected to chat twice- stole 2 hours of my time. Not worth it- they are clueless. They reset my modom- even though we cannot access email on an hp desktop, two iphones or an ipad using cellular. It is THEIR issue but the live chat makes you think it is your browser or modem, or even the wifi- Someone from their "higher fix team" is supposed to call me between 9-12 am today. We will see-
