Have not been able to login to my xfinity account for 4 days now.  (mid michigan)  On line forums are no help they seem to be outdated.

WHY DOESNT COMCAST PUT OUT A STATEMENT TO EVERYONE? MANY WAYS TO CONTACT CUSTOMERS< VIA TEXT OR OTHER>

Such a non-customer oriented  company!  pfffft.
