A few days ago, my phone stopped downloading comcast email, giving me an error message that my password isn't working. This problem seems to occur once every 6 months. Was Comcast hacked? I am tired of it, especially since the process to get a new one never goes smoothly. (NEVER!)

I am no longer receiving emails on my RobertVaughan@Comcast.net account. I get a pop up window that requests my password. It looks like the following screent shot. I still have my original email password, it has not been changed since I first got this account. Please provide guidence on what I can do to resume receiving emails.
