still can't get into email, day two

i spoke to several people at comcast yesterday about not being able to open email.

Last person I spoke wiith at 5:45 yesterday was passing the issue to a tech support expert and I was to hear from them within 2 hours.  Still havent heard from anyone.

My account is from my PA address 15317, but I'm at our home in FL

No one else in family with xfinity having issues here.
