slow to load site, email no showing at all

For several days now, I have not been able to load the my.xfinity.com site or get into my email.  The app on my wife's phone works and my computer opens all other sites with no problems.  What is going on?  The xfinity website will load on my laptop but not on my desktop.  Internet connection is good on all other sites.  I have taken the computer to Best Buy three times and the problem still exists.  They cleared caches etc.  Does not work on Chrome or on Firefox.  11/2/2016
