For the past week, the comcast email has been freezing or just very slow.

Horrible email service since new e mail format installed not too long ago. Yes, xfinity stops responding everytime I try to send email or attach a document. Took me 10 minutes just now to send one sentence e mail to one person with only a 6 page attachment. Seems to be getting worse by day. Comcast...what is your fix? I cannot stand this...
