Our business phones say they are a non working number. Cannot log onto Comcast buisness account. Cannot even call customer service from my cell phone, I get disconnected immediatly.

Our business phone numbers (510) 835-2572 and (510) 835-2577 do not work. When we pick up
the phone to dial a number out, there is a busy signal.
Anyone phoning us gets a busy signal.
I phone Comcast help number and it's busy 1-800-391-3000.
When is this going to be corrected.
