can not connect to email - unable to verify account

I 've been calling comcast since monday, they are the worst . a rep finally told me tonight that there's been an outage with windows 10 that has been effecting xfinity/comcast email and they've been working on it. they keep telling me someone from their level 2 IT group ,nobody call until thisafternoon said he would call back between 5 and 6 tonight , nobody called. for some strange reason my email on my mobile phone started working yesterday ???
