My wife and I unable to log in to Comcast email since 14 Oct.

We cannot access Comcast email on any of our devices. We keep receiving a "server port timed out" error message.

I haven't been able to log in for days either; whether it's to my account, Apple TV apps that require Comcast service (espn3, Disney, etc.) or to my xfinity streaming account. It keeps telling me my log in and password are incorrect but they're not. Not sure why this hasn't been fixed yet. I need to pay my bill soon as well but I'm unable to do so. That should be interesting...
