The Apple mail app works fine with my other mail accouints, but suddenly today it won't keep the app open with my Comcast mail account. The app closes immediately after opening. I went to the Apple Store and they reset/restore my phone twice and the problem remains. I was given a new phone (thinking the problem is hardware) and we tried restoring from iCloud, but still no Comcast eamil. We tried to resolve as a new phone (thinking the problem is corrupt software on my backup), but still no luck.

me too. I'd press my mail button and the screen would refresh back to my home page. I couldn't get at any of my email accounts. I deleyed them all and added them back slowly. Gmail was fine but problem happened again as soon aside added my comcast account.
Same thing has been happening to me since Friday around 8 am. I have deleted my comcast account and everything else works fine. I added comcast account back in and it crashes again. I have turned my phone off completely for 2 hours and then added the account back in and it still crashes. Very frustrating!!
