Well, I was able to get in by using this instead of continuing to try from my browser that holds my history, I didn't want to lose. Nonetheless, when I use this, I notice it refers to me as guest and when i log out, the browser still states " Hi, David," and below that the option to "logout," remains standing. Ugh!!
