My Comcast service has been off and on for the last two days. Putting up with Comcast customer service is a joke.
This was never a problem before with the old modem. Then we get their new one and oooops - - problems.
And for this they get a premium dollar? Something is definately wrong with this situation.
It's down more than it's up! Entire Comcast service was down the other day. Comcast tends to work for a while, then they seem to go through a period where they have nothing but glitches.
