Email not working

Every single week it's some new way that my Comcast internet won't work.  This time it's email.

The past three weeks I've had several conversations with Comcast about my incredibly slow internet and they tell me everything is fine on thier end!  Until they have me go through mutliple re-sets and tests and only then tell me that there is an outage reported - which does not show up on thier outage page.  I am so frustrated with Comcast service.  I'm about ready to switch to something else.
