email issues

On and off for the last week I've been unable to sign in/sign off or get my email. I've tried on chrome and IE.  Neither works.  I see from your site that others are having the same problem.  What's your deal?  I need to get my email.  

If I'm being honest, the only reason I've kept Comcast so long is that changing my email address is a big fat pain in the a!*.  So it's almost like you are goading me into dumping you.  I'm a teacher and my Christmas break starts in less than two weeks.  At that point, I will have plenty of time to call during your limited business hours and renogotiate a MUCH cheaper option--or dump you for AT & T.
