Email Issues

Can't delete e-mails with new e-mail system, because trash is full. Then I can't delete e-mails that are in the trash. It was working okay earlier, but now getting repeated error messages. Not sure if there are any other issues at this time, but this is very annoying.

This email system since itr was changed sucks.  Its slow and inconsistant.  It is costing me time and money.  Will switch soon unless something changes!!!

I agree. My e-mail just switched today. When did yours get changed?

this is the error message I get when I try to empty the trash (which I am required to do in order to delete other e-mail messages, apparently). This is very frustrating!

Not getting email because I keep getting imap pop-up requesting user name and password.

I am missing some emails that people hav etold me they sent but never reached me. I finally asked them to send them to my gamil account and they came in. What is going on? I dont know how many other hav egone missins

I've had comcast for years specifically because I wanted POP3 and not IMAP, since whatever recent change they've made, it is terrible (I've also had a gmail account which I've hardly used because I don't like gmail -- now I'm paying Comcast for something that also looks and acts like gmail) -- it seems that emails may disappear if you look at them on different devices (depending on the device - I probably operate off 10 at different times which is why I need all my email in one place), it is difficult, slow, and tedius to do searches -- really annoying and I hate it.  Comcast email is slow, inconsistent, and really pretty much worthless at this point -- time to find an alternative.

Ever since my email changed I cannot use it!. It is so slow. It's riducules. It takes forever to do anything. Just keeps on spinning.

Is your answer to Disable rich-text. If so, were do I do this.

Also the new email attachment set up is a hassle. You used to be able to attach many at the same time. Now you have to keep going in and out of attachments. Ugh Comcast is horrible.

I can't delete from my inbox or even move to another folder any e-mails dated January 28, 2017 or January 31, 2017.  Since Comcast changed its e-mail system, I've had all sorts of problems with it; either they get resolved and pop up again or they never get resolved at all.  I'm tired of it!

I have been having this problem over the last couple of days. Have any of you gotten any satisfaction or fix to the problem?
