It amazes me how Comcast made record profits last quarter, but they can't provide a reliable email service. Such incompetence which starts from the top.

Please tell me why, please why? has our Comcast email been down so much the last few weeks. This is so frustrating and of course, your "live chat" has never worked. Should I consider finding another provider? Honestly!
