Comcast email has been down almost all day after the new email interface was released yesterday. I am execting very important emails and am sick of comcast's continuous problems. Customers should be getting a discount for the inconvenience. I am getting ready to switch to verizon as comcast cannot tell us how long service will be down.

FYI-I just moved to Verizon - they no longer offer email accounts so you are stuck with keeping your Comcast email
Well, I am glad to know it is not just me! I am able to get on via my iPad e-mail icon, not not via the Xfinity homepage, regardless of where I try or what I try accessing it on.
i agree with the discount.
