I had same problem for 2 days. Called Comcast and was on phone for over 20 minutes with no solution. They said they were going to have a specialist call me. I was tired of waiting. I unplugged the power to the modem and waited a full 60 seconds before plugging it back in.Modem reset and I am now able to login. This is what worked for me anyway. Good Luck
