My email, which is the primary account, is not available...... it has been down pretty much all day. Customer no service has been of no help... initial call, I was on hold for over 35 minutes, after 45 minutes in to the call, the dunderhead in Tech Support transferred me to Email Support and I got a voice mail stating they were closed for the day and then the call was terminated.
