For the past week I cannot log into my email account. What is going on?

Comcast does not care that it is listed as the WORST internet provider in the USA. They do not know how to correct their problems because their IT staff does not have skill level required to operate as an internet provider. Some day ComCast will have to answer to some angency as to why the have a license to operate.
