Not received email since 12/15/2016 (can send). Comcast support line aabsolutely no help what so ever. Can not understand the person (indian accent). Said last Friday someone would calll me back to address problem...no one ever called. I did get an automated call"if your issue has been resolved, press 1, if your issue has not been solved, but you do not have the time to trouble shoot press 2, if you would like to speak to an agent, press 3". I pressed 3 and hear "The number you are tring to reach is not in service". I'M ABOUT TO GIVE COMCAST THEIR WAKING PAPERS!
