I can login from laptop and view all of xfinity account but email will not load.
Apparently comcast is aware of the issue. I chatted with a representative from comcast and they said it can take up to 72 hours to fix. I asked for a credit and they gave me a credit to my account.
For anyone experiencing this issue concact your customer care rep and demand a credit to your account.
If this was something comcast wanted to do and had known they were planning on changing how their email servers work then you as a customer deserve a credit to your account. Because this is not how a good internet service provider should be acting. They should be giving the best service 100% of the time and if they knew that they were going to be inhibiting the access to your email they should have let the customer know in advance with some kind of communication to let us (the customer) know what to expect.
Do not sit on your haunches and wait for it to get fixed.
