Email will open on phone but not on home computers on 10/8/16, 10/9/16, and 10/10/16. Sign in doesn't even show up.

NO EMAIL , since 10/7/16 email will not show on home computer but on phone.
Please fix this this is a real problem for me, affecting my daily business........NEED TO ADDRESS THIS ASAP, LOTS of People Affected from what I am reading,.
Problems with Comcast's email. I suppose I should expect a credit, huh, for all the lost time where the Comcast techs were not able to get the system up and running?
