Comcast is "currently unavailable" when I try to get my emails. The new Comcast email version is terrible and so difficult to use. You can't use the back arrow to go back. It is a pain. I've been happy with comcast email for probably 10 years and I am going to have to switch if they don't fix the issues!

Since Comcast changed the email version there is NO SPELL CHECK AND THE MY PREFERENCES ARE GONE! I called and the Rep didn't even know that a changr had been made...Duh! The old version worked just fine without any problems. The saying goes if it ain't broke don't fix it! Put it back the way it was
