keeps bringing me back to the login page after putting in my password

I cannot sign in to the Xfinity site to pay my bill. Every time I sign in, it bounces me back to the login page.
I tried the quick-pay option, but after I submitted my payment, it went to a blank white page. So I don't know if the payment was accepted or not. Please let me know how I can log in and view and pay my bill.
