been trying on multiple computers to sign in to website for days now. lets you sign in , says retrieving account info, then cycles back to sign in....over and over again.

exactly the same for me; been trying on 3 different computers. log in, get put in a useless, endless loop. and this is not the first time this has happened to me. what gives comcast?
