Click on the My Account link from anywhere on xfinity site and just keeps opening a page that says page can't be found & then re-directs back to the home page

I've been trying to link my new acct to the old info for days. I needed a pin number for some reason. I was told I'd have it by now. so here I am trying to access the account and now no pages will open.
