When I sign in to email, the page goes blank then the Xfinity home page loads again. Earlier I kept getting Error messages. Yesterday a beige notice kept poping up at the top of my email window about clicking for an app needed for email. Was this a virus?

Same problem. Can load my wife's email but mine keeps defaulting back to home screen
