Email says username or pw incorrect; webmail starts to load and fails, showing nothing (both on WinXp/IE11 and MacOSX 10.11.6/Chrome (v54.0.2840.98)) Tech Support finally agreed to open a support ticket, and said, can take up to 72 hours to get a call-back. Reading all these comments, I'll be surprised if I get the call back in 720(!) hours...

I am unable to access my email even when I correctly sign-on to my Xfinity account via browser. I am the secondary user on this account and my husband who is primary is not having this issue. This began around 7pm this evening. The message I receive:
“We’re sorry. It looks like something went wrong. Please try again in a moment.”
