Can't access emails

I am abble to getn on other Internet sites and the Xfinity home page but when signing into my email account it shows that I put in correct User ID and Password so my name appears and when I click on the envelope icon the screen is black. No Inbox-No Sent No draft.

I just as the running tool bar that includes the following: File; Edit; View; Favorites; Tools; Help. I am able to open favorites and those saved are able to open. Where are my comcast or Infinity emails. It accepts my sign in acct.
