Can't access email via Xfinity Connect Android app since Fri 9pm EST Mad as hell.

Called customer support twice, they said back up at 5am SAT  it's not back up.  Inexcusable Will demand bill credit

Unable to process your request. Please try later  is error message even as app opens to start and then forever more.

They better have not lost any new mail.

I'm having the same problem same time frame.  As of this am 1/27 still unable to open emails.
