Can't access email but can log into account

I can log into my main account but cannot get to my emails.  I have tried 3 computers, 2 iPADs and 3 differernt internet browsers.  All of them give me the spinning wheel of death.  Comcast says it is an issue on my end which is complete BS.  Only thing that works to get to email is the app on my phone.

I can log in, but nothing from 09/12/2014 to present is in my Inbox.  I am receiving emails on my desktop but apprently they're being deleted as soon as they get pulled into Outlook.

I see form this time stamp of my comment that's in error as well.  I'm on EST and it's 3 hours later in real world time than this system time.  Oops Comcast - you got issues!  Good luck with that!
