I'm signed in to my account, but cannot access my email inbox. It did come up once, but as soon as I clicked on an email to open it, it reverted back to http://my.xfinity.com/?cid=xfinityconnecttocomcastnet . and will not let me get back to my email. Have made several attempts, logged out and back in, etc, but still can't get back to my inbox. There have been problems for days with Comcast. When is this going to be fixed?

A circle appears as if it's trying to open but it doesn't happen. This has been happening for the last month. What is going on?
