Cant access email

I cannot access my email as of yesterday from comcast.net. I have logged on this way for years. I Can get into the site but when I press the email icon it brings me back to the home page and I cannot access my email.

I can acces son my phone whcih I retriev my emails there from Outlook, but cannot on comcast.net site??
Help!! Fix this!!

I am having the same issue. I clicked on the email icon but it keeps on going back to the homepage. I see #xfFailureCount=2.

Im having the same problem, Ive clicked and it goes right back to home page.

having same problem - thought it was a security issue at work but looks like it's everywhere and I can also access from my iphone app

Same issue. I tried to chat with a tech and the chat box dissapeared as soon as i hit submt. some serious issues over at Comcast.

I have 2 comcast email accounts.  One I can access, the second account I cannot.  This problem is on both my laptop and desktop, however, I can access my account on my phone.

I'm having same issue. I can log into my husband's email but mine isn't opening. I also get the failure count message in the bar and it bounces back to the home screen.  Called comcast multiple times and have gotten nowhere except transferred. I'm able to log in using my app on my cell. It seems to have started when they made the email change a few days ago.

I will check mine when I get back home, last time I checked it was still the same....grrr

I was able to get in touch with a very helpful level 3 tech. I just logged in for the first time in 4 or 5 days. If you're still unable to get in let me know and I'll give you his direct number.

Direct number to the level 3 tech people, 1-888-824-8988. I was literally transferred over and over to completely useless people. My issue was resolved in a day once I spoke to Jordan. Good luck!
