cannot login to my account

Been trying to login to make a payment for the last three days and everytime I try to login, it just stalls with the "retreiving your account information" red circle of death.  It's not my computer, tried every browser I can think off, restarted my machine, cleared my cache/history, etc.  Nothing works.  Come on comcast, you guys make tons of money, the least you can do is have a working website.

Having the same problem and I can't pay my bill. Comcast is a joke. I tried on my phone, tablet, and laptop to pay my bill; used multiple browsers. This is so annoying.

I'm having the same problem for the past 7 months and I finally had the time to call them, after 45 min on the phone that idiot told me that she was able to log into my account from her end and that it most be something wrong with all of my 6 computers, desktops, laptops and tablet.
