CCannot log into comcast/xfinity account to see or use options. Called customer service. No help as usual. Couldn't understand most of anything. I do know she told me the wrong amount owed so I cannot pay my bill.

Try disabling any popup blocker in your browser. It looks like they updated their site and AdBlock (in my case) breaks loading the pages.
