also can not access my email. get 'acces my account' page, click on email icon, get second window but after url says failure 4 times, get 'access my account' screen again. useless.
same situation as bruce whiteside comment: access my account page, click on email icon, cannot access email after multiple login failures, reverts back to access my account screen.
After talking to tier 1 and tier 2 folks at comcast, I was told I would get a call when they fixed things. That was about noon CST. I have just succesfully accesed my email at about 3:30 CST - with no call from Comcast.
