Cannot get my email

I can log into Xfinity but when I click on my email envelope if gives me 5 failure errors and then returns to the home page

https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/#xfFailureCount=1 receive 4 or 5 of these URLs and thne arrive back at the home page

Same situation right now for me (and has happened innumerable times in the past). Comcast is so worthless.

This runed out to be a Comcast issue and resolved itself later in the day. This ticket can be closed.

I am having the same issue.. My email was fine earlier. now this evening I can log in but when I click on the envelope it gives me  5 count failures then back to home page. They are working on it.

I have the same problem.  Whatever Comcast did when changing the email format doesn't work.   My email will only open once and awhile.  I have time sensitive business and can't afford to wade through  FailureCounts    The issue has not been fixed but it needs to be.

Same problem here. Typically I get junk sent to this account (stuff I could careless about) and the one time I need to login to check mail and this s!*t is happening.
Nice of cumcast to tell their customers this has been an ongoing issue.

I have tge same problem on a regular basis.  At all times, after clicking on the icon for email,  I see for some period of time nothing but dots before my email actually opens.

I'm having that problem tonight.  I guess i'll just have to wait it out.
