Cannot access my email account

Agent told me yesterday that this outage has affected those who recently canceled Xfinity service and was expected to be up this morning. Didn't happen.

I am unable to assess my email as of this evening. I called Comcast and spoke to two different techs but not resolved. Also had to change my password more than once. Someone is supposed to call me tomorrow. My email has alaso been very slow prior to this incident. Maybe I need a new server. I am suppposed to recceive some important emails tomorrow and an very upset about this.

Have not been able to assess my email since June Sunday 26th. Talked to many persons( at least 2 hours on the phone) trying to help but they can not.  Have used new passwords still no help.   Need help please.
