I cannot access my email...it will not open...the timer just keeps going round and round...however; I can access it via my cell phone. What's up with that? Can we get it fixed? It's been down all day and into the night so far.

The time entered on my complaint is about 3 hours off...it is actually 8:25 pm and it's been down since early this morning.
Mine won't load since yesterday on IE but it loads on Chrome, what gives, I don't like Chrome it's not as user friendly.
Just found out that I can access it on the Xfinity tool bar at the top of the page...where it says Email. Never retrieved mail from this area...ever. I'd like to retrieve it from my normal email page. I don't think anyone monitors this website. Why have an area to report problems if no one is going to look at it?! Guess I'm going to have to call and wait forever for someone to answer the phone. Frustrating!
