When trying to log in I get a message that states: Authentication failed. Please try again or use a different method.
When I sent an email to my comcast email address from another account, I received a message that states: Delivery failed, E-mail address couldn't be found.

I am so tired of Comcast right now. Since the mobile upgrade, the app works less than half the time. As of tonight, i cannot access through the web either. Maybe its time to start looking for an alternative,

I have live chatted twice and called them been given a ticket number and a time slot
they failed to get back to me
When I try signing in to Comcast or Comcast email I get an authentication error occurred. This has been this way for a couple weeks. How do I fix this? Since I can't sign in how can I get the answer to this problem?
