Cannot access my email. Happens constantly. Error message 102002. I'm going to cancel Comcast if this is not corrected. I cannot depend on it to send or receive emails and this is very important to me. The 102002 error message tells me that there is no network connection when I am connected to my home Wi-Fi And every other site is connected.
