Cannot access Comcast email through Xfinity website

Xfinity homepage opens. Email does not open when then using the mail icon.  Email server is taking too long to respond, results in a timeout error.  Been like this for 2 days.

Same here, using the "new" webapp on Windows 10. I can still access my email account with the iOS app on my iPad, so please don't break that too.

In Windows, though, click on the email icon at http://my.xfinity.com/?cid=xfinityconnecttocomcastnet and that goes to https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/#, which just sits there with an endless timer.
