I have been unable to log on to any Comcast page since yesterday (April 14, 2014). I have comtacted Comcast and got a Ticket (CR364966822) but had not heard anything as of this morning (April 15, 2014), I called again and was told that I was scheduled to receive a call between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. As of now (2:48 PM), I still have not received a call.
