i've tried to refresh, restart and still no access to e-mail

Unable to get comcast email to load on desltop computer. I can log in but than it goes into an infinite load procedure and I get is the continuous circle showing that loading is occuring, but in fact it does not. I let it attempt to load for 20 minutes. No luck
How are you going to anser me when I can not get any emails? Here is my phone number 505-856-1593
