When trying to log on to the site to pay my bill, I received this notice with customer service numbers supplied.

I called the number on the back of my Citibank Mastercard, 1-888-766-2484, 4 times...3 times I got a voice mail that said, "leave a message for Kinsey Anderson"...1 X a real person answered who talked really fast and hung up on me.... WHAT IS GOING ON???
