The correct website to access CitiCards Account Online is to type www.citicards.com in your address field & hit enter & you get the following website adr:
Then you just enter your UserID & Password & click SignOn & you are able to sign in & access CitiCards Account Online.
I hope this helps those that have been having issues signing into CitiCards Account Online.
(Before when I could not get into Citi's Account Online, I could not remember the website adr, so I did an Internet Google search under citicards.com & then had clicked on the following information & that is when I could not access the CitiCards website. So do not do a Google search & click on the link that is shown below.
